Harbour是一款自由软件,是Clipper这个xBase超集语言的跨平台编译程序。Clipper语言是CA-Clipper编译器实现的。 目前Harbour的实现基准是CA-Clipper 5.2e版。但是并不是说CA-Clipper 5.3中增加的功能不会被放入Harbour,这只不过反映这样一个事实,许多Clipper程序员视 5.2e 版是Clipper的最后的最好的实现。
